How to Dice an Impact Saku Block

Each Impact Saku block can make 100 dices in under 120 seconds! We will show you how.

1. First make 10 x 1/2in slices by following the the picture to the left. Note: Sometimes you might end up with 9 or 11 slices depending on how long the filet is and how fast you are working. This is fine.

2. Flip each slice sideways, so that now you have ~10 wider slices. Then cut each slice in half, such that now you have ~20 0.5in wide and deep slices.

3. Grab 4 slices at a time, and cut it into 5 dices. Cut along the black lines as depicted below. The bottom image shows 4 rows, turned into 20 dices after slicing.

4. 5 dices makes a 0.5oz serving. For a small tasting 3-5 dices per person is enough. For 1 serving or ~4oz, you can use ~35-45 dices.
