Impact Food, researching vegan sushi-grade raw tuna, bluefin tuna

Our founders took a class project and turned it into a gamechanging idea. Now they’re on a mission to change the way we do seafood for good.

Our vegan sushi-grade tuna is made to be eaten raw. It tastes like just like tuna and has a similar texture and mouthfeel. Plus, it’s mercury-free, sugar-free, and cholesterol-free.
