Our plant-based ingredients come from the land and the sea. We only use the best to craft Impact Tuna.
Seaweed
DHA oil from algae provides omega-3s while carrageenan from red seaweed creates our delicious texture.
Peas
Complete protein from yellow peas provides all nine essential amino acids.
Vegetable Juice
Pure extracted juices from vegetables like beets provide color and flavor.
Konjac
Soluble dietary fiber from konjac vegetable root provides nutrition and bite.
Canola
Canola oil pressed from rapeseed plants provides healthy monounsaturated fats.

Impact Tuna is made from plants. Our ingredients are canola oil, pea protein, konjac gum, vegetable juice (for color), carrageenan, algae oil, yeast extract, and ascorbic acid.
Impact Tuna is high in fiber and omega-3s and is a complete protein.
A 110 gram serving of Impact Tuna contains 110 calories, 9 grams of fat (including 0.5 grams saturated fat), 30 milligrams of sodium, 4 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of dietary fiber, 4 grams of protein and 80 milligrams of potassium.
Impact Tuna is made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame.
