Enough for 4 bagels + lox
Ingredients
¼ cup water
¾ teaspoon liquid smoke
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ tsp salt
½ filet Impact Salmon
4 bagels
Tub of vegan cream cheese
Capers, to taste
Dill, to taste
Instructions
Mix salt, water, liquid smoke, black pepper, and soy sauce together in a bowl
Pour the marinade over thinly sliced salmon and wait 20+ minutes for the salmon to be fully marinated
Toast a bagel and layer on the cream cheese, salmon, capers, and dill
Enjoy!
Serving Instructions for a tasting event
To serve smaller tasting portions, cut each half bagel into 4 pieces and serve on a disposable tray.
