Bagel & Lox with Impact Salmon

Impact Salmon is perfect for Bagel & Lox

Servings

Enough for 4 bagels + lox

Ingredients

  • ¼  cup water 

  • ¾  teaspoon liquid smoke 

  • ¼ tsp black pepper 

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce 

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ filet Impact Salmon

  • 4 bagels

  • Tub of vegan cream cheese

  • Capers, to taste

  • Dill, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, water, liquid smoke, black pepper, and soy sauce together in a bowl

  2. Pour the marinade over thinly sliced salmon and wait 20+ minutes for the salmon to be fully marinated

  3. Toast a bagel and layer on the cream cheese, salmon, capers, and dill

  4. Enjoy!

Serving Instructions for a tasting event

To serve smaller tasting portions, cut each half bagel into 4 pieces and serve on a disposable tray.
