Starting February 27th 2024, this collaboration rolls out a revolutionary plant-based tuna at Pokeworks locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, with a subsequent launch in New York City come March, marking a significant step forward in sustainable dining.

Initially soft launched in San Francisco in March 2023, Impact Food’s plant-based tuna isa product of years of research and development. It is crafted from a unique blend of pea protein and seaweed, offering a sustainable alternative to conventional tuna without compromising on taste nor texture. Designed to replicate the delicate flavors and textures of sushi-grade bluefin tuna, it provides a guilt-free option for environmentally conscious consumers and those looking to explore plant-forward dining experiences.
